Getting fit with Results with Lucy

I started a little fitness journey with the guys from Results with Lucy recently. Results with Lucy is created by Lucy from TOWIE, who is now a personal trainer with a cracking envious figure. 
They signed me up to their Student plan, which I feel is such a cheap and inexpensive way for us students to keep fit. The plan is a day by day calendar, detailing what workouts to do in order to achieve results that you want to see. And the best thing... it is available at home, no gym needed. 
The worksheet occasionally uses things such as dumbbells but the great thing about Results with Lucy is that she gives you alternatives to the equipment, for example tins of beans or bottles of water instead of dumbbells. 
The plan is £10.50 a month, which is around £10 cheaper than a gym and you can do it from the comfort of your own home. 
As well as the access to the workouts online, you also get access to purse friendly healthy recipes that are quite easy to prepare. 
The student plan does not come with a designated eating plan because as a student these are really costly and hard to maintain. Therefore giving you access to these recipes just gives you a little bit of motivation and inspiration to eat well. 
Overall so far, I have been loving doing the workouts at home in the comfort of my own bedroom when everyone is asleep!
