Birchbox February 2016

OKAY... so I know it doesn't seem long ago that I posted one of these, but I got my last Birchbox at the end of January!

I was yet again excited to get the email saying that my Birchbox had been dispatched and would be on its way to me. I was googling trying to see if anyone had put sneak previews of their boxes up but I had no luck. Admitting defeated, I waited patiently for mine to pop through the letterbox. When it did, I was ever so happy.
I absolutely adore all the products in this months Birchbox, especially the Spectrum tapered brush, i mean HOW GORGEOUS.

Lets start with skincare... there were two products relating to the skin in this box, the first one being Ole Henriksen truth serum, this smells of orange, very strong orange, however it makes my face feel amazing. I love a good serum and i'm glad this is another one that I can add to my collection and maybe explore the brand a bit more.

Next was the Ayres Body Butter, I have to admit, I haven't tried this as of yet but I am looking forward to it as it smells divine.

Moving on to my FAVE part of the box- the amazing Spectrum Brush,  a full size product and one that I am incredibly impressed with. I would liken this to my real techniques contour brush. I really cannot wait to get my hands on some more of these... because look at the colours, who could resist.

Makeup wise, this box delivered. You got a full size LOC Gold Eyeshadow this was one that you got to choose which colour. There was a choice between Silver and Gold and of course I chose gold because I love a good bronzed shimmery look. This looks like it would be a really easy product to wear day to day and I am excited to use it.

You also got a compact TheBalm Blush/Eyeshadow which was exciting because it was the first product by them that I own.

Stay tuned to see whats in March's box!!

  2. I got the same Body Butter and love it! It's really loving to use and sinks in well! I am definitely going to purchase the full size version.
