Weight Loss Motivation

The only thing crossing my mind in recent weeks is weight loss, and how I need to shift some pounds. I am by no means fat, but I am "chunky". I would prefer to be thinner, not skinny though, fit. Working out will be a lot easier when I am at university because the gym is with in walking distance. I really struggle to not eat crap, I love food. I love cake and I love chocolate. I need to get this out of my head. I've been eating well the last few weeks and according to others it is showing, but I don't see it, I just see myself as fat.
I need some motivation, pinterest will do me at the moment.
Im all for loving your body but nourishing it too, with a little bit of work I'm sure I'll stick to this mantra.

  1. I am a food lover too :) especially cake & chocolate! I will eat well for a couple weeks or a month but then I fall off the wagon and have a crap food week which I really need to change :) x
