Milani Illuminating Face Powder and Lipstick

My auntie lives in America, so when she asked me what I wanted for my birthday I took the opportunity to ask her for some makeup that's not as easy to get hold of here.
She got me some makeup from Milani and 2 of the product so I wouldn't run out any time soon which is good!
The first product she got me was the Milani Illuminating Face Powder in Amber Nectar which is so lovely. Everything about this product is beautiful, the packaging, the design of the powder itself and the finish it gives on the skin. Im so glad that I've got two of these cause it gives the skin a subtle glow, but also a bit of a rose gold colour.
The lipstick I got was in Sweet Nectar (do you see a reoccurring theme here?) and it smells divine! Almost fruity. Its a gorgeous bright orange colour, not matt but not glossy.I also like the packaging of this, its very simple but effective. No gimmicks. It lasts a long time and is highly pigmented, I do however seem to make most lipsticks long wearing,  must be the texture of my lips? So I would say it differs for each and everyone.
Overall Im so glad that I got these products and would recommend them to anyone.
DISCLAIMER: Some of my posts may contain PR samples which have been gifted to me from a brand, however if they are featured in my blog then all opinions are my own.

  1. That face powder looks lovely! Wish I had relatives in America that could do me beauty goody boxes lol. Or even better yet, if they opened a Milani store in the UK!
