Palmers Gradual Tan

As the days are getting warmer I wanted to build up a tan as Im not going on holiday this year, I found this Palmers Cocoa Butter Gradual Tan and decided to give it a whirl.

As you can see the formula is identical to a moisturiser as are most gradual tans such as Dove. This smells amazing, like the original cocoa butter as you would expect, which in my opinion is a lot more pleasant than the biscuity smell of a false tan.
You basically just use this as a normal moisturiser after the shower as the instructions on the back state.
However, I first applied this with just my hands, even though I washed my palms they were still orange and I had a lot of streak marks! At first try I was not impressed.
BUT I didn't give up hope and persevered with using my tan mitt and BINGO, I found the right combination!!

(excuse my chipped nails!)

As you can see by the photo it is slightly dark so I wouldn't recommend using it everyday maybe every other day etc depending on your skin.
Also I would say stand and let it dry before you get in bed or put clothes on to spare the streaks and let it soak in to your skin.
This has become my new favourite gradual tan over the Dove one and i would recommend  this to anyone who wants a natural glow.
